Arrest affidavit reveals details in Michelle Parker case

New details in an arrest affidavit indicate why Orlando Police arrested Michelle Parker’s ex-fiancé nearly 15 years after her disappearance.According to the arrest affidavit, Parker dropped off the couple’s twins at Smith’s home on November 17, 2011.
