Black Phin Coffee Bar Makes a Quick Comeback with Soft Opening This Weekend

Black Phin Coffee Bar is wasting absolutely no time. Less than two weeks after serving its final cups at Harmon Collective in Winter Park, the Vietnamese coffee shop is reopening Friday, October 23, inside Bash Brew on East Colonial Drive. Owners Saeng and Linda Khouvongsavanh were given 30 days notice that their time at Harmon Collective was ending, in accordance with their agreement. That left them a month to figure out what came next. Rather than call it quits, they found another space, packed up, and got back to work. Black Phin is hosting a soft opening October 23-25, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. daily, at 2900 E. Colonial Drive, across from Fashion Square Mall. The menu will be limited to their core drinks, including their signature Vietnamese robusta coffee.
