DCF contractor arrested for failing to report child abuse of Paisley Brown's siblings

A woman working as a contractor for the Department of Children and Families (DCF) has been arrested in Marion County for allegedly failing to report child abuse involving the siblings of a 3-year-old girl who was beaten to death earlier this year.Cristina Feliz, who worked out of Kids Central in Ocala, was assigned to the case involving the siblings of Paisley Brown — the 3-year-old killed in Citra in February.
